Hotel staff was very efficient and friendly, The room was great as well! The breakfast was probably one of the best I have ever had at a hotel in South East Asia. There are shops and eateries nearby and a nice shopping mall just about 5 minutes walk.

Getting around Batam is so easy. Upon reaching batam ferry terminal, just walk out to the taxi stand and this man issued a ticket for 70k rupiah taxi towards grands i hotel (near to nagoya hill mall) and he used his walkie talkie to call for a cab and there was a cab in literally 2 seconds. it is faster than taking out your phone and searching for a grab lol. the hotel lobby is so grand, checking in took less than 3 mins. we got the keys, breakfast was from 6am-10am and the snack bar is...

Great location, alot of eateries in proximity. Rooms are clean, just that there is no gym or swimming pool.

Excellent place to stay..

Nicely renovated hotel, near to nice coffeeshops and road side stalls. Located very near to major shopping malls and fast food too. Hotel room is very comfortable with nice street view. Staffs are friendly and accommodate. Book a non-smoking room and air is nice. ;) However, can improve on the cleanliness of the bedsheet as we notice some stains on the it.
