A wonderful Place to Stst
I love Candi Dasa and this is our second visit. Bali Santi is perfect - a fabulous location on a beautiful beach within walking distance to many wonderful warungs. The room was lovely and the staff wonderfully friendly and helpful. The pool is divine and we had many tasty meals in the restaurant. We will be back

Beautiful villas on the water. Best part of this place are the kind people that work there. Great for Australians looking for something a little further away from all the craziness of the city. Good spot for snorkelling for the kids at virgin beach, which I would say is the cleanest and most beautiful in all of bali, a short 15 min drive away. My girlfriend and I loved our stay, thank you to Mangku for making our stay memorable with Babi Guling on our last night. If there is anything missing you need only ask the staff and they assist with getting you what you need. Keep in mind these are traditional style villas in a lush garden, so if mosquitos love you just wear natural sprays and you’ll be left alone.

I personally had a horrible experience. Both nights my room were infested with half-inch long ants. The first night they were all over my room and they gave me some bug spray that seemed to work. The second night I use the bug spray on a door jam and about five or 600 to 1000 gigantic Jumanji size ants quickly and golf my entire room. I had to wake up and run down the hall at midnight and evacuate my room within five minutes. Two days of this ruined my vacation and activities for the next day as I cannot sleep after this infestation. The only thing more terrifying is that the staff told me that those ants at some point begin to fly lol. What in the black plague is going on. Overall the bedding in the towels are pretty old and smelly. But then again I’m only spending $40 a night to be on the beach. The restaurant is cute and the beach is nice. I just had a really bad experience but maybe you have a better one. This is not the place to go if you’re afraid of bugs ants gigantic spiders. There were also rats in the ceiling that were making all kinds of noise. I really wanted to like this place and I still kind of do but honestly I would find some other place. All I can say is they better comp me at least one night

Great Stay
What a great little hotel, nice bungalows in relaxing garden setting ( they also have villas with private pools) Set right on the beach with an infinity pool, great place to watch the sunset. Restaurant has ocean views & serves good reasonably priced food. Staff were all extremely helpful & friendly. We would definitely return if back in this area.

Absolutely loved our stay. What can I say, great rooms, attentive staff, fantastic food, wonderful pool. We had a small hiccup with our A/C it was sorted promptly & professionally. Would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel, in fact we are already considering returning.

OMG, what an amazing little hotel. Our bungalo was amazing, we had a small private pool next to our room, staff friendly, food was lovely. Breaky was a set menu selection and yummy. Wifi fantastic. Right on the beach. Walking distance to the street stalls. Room was clean. Main pool is an infinity pool and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Got them to pick us up from the airport and asked for a couple of bintangs in an esky for the 3 hour journey and that was no trouble for them at all, only cost us Rp500 000 plus the beer, ice was free so was esky hire, we were allowed to keep the esky the next day also as we were going on a day trip, no charge for the esky again. If your wanting a nice quiet, relaxing time or a romantic getaway give this place a try

We stayed in an ocean view suite # 11 which was very nice and clean. The view sitting on the balcony was spectacular. Although next to the restaurant the foot traffic and noise was not an issue. The infinity pool was always sparkling and inviting and there were always pool lounges available. The food in the restaurant is edible and affordable even the cocktails were good. The staff are all ways smiling and happy. The hotel drivers are always touting for business but if you say you just want to relax, they understand. For shops and money changers and restaurants it is only a short walk if you like walking. The only thing I did not like was the in house massage. Only Balinese massage available in an open bale (no privacy). The lady used a lotion that seemed like lard, not soothing at all.

Accomodation was lovely, had a two bedroom Room with outside bathroom facing the ocean. Gorgeous hot water shower. Own outside spa which unfortunately was very cold and didn’t get any sun. Pool was also very cold but always sparkling clean and overlooking the ocean. Very breezy every afternoon. Breakfast was basic but would have preferred a buffet breakfast

Amazing peaceful oasis right on the shore, beautifully appointed mini villas with beautiful artwork throughout, shady and cool surrounds perfect for a relaxing time. Breakfast at the restaurant next to the crashing waves was beautiful.

Great place to stay. Candidasa is about a 10 minute walk away to multiple eating places and ATMs. The breakfast area is right beside the beach and offers wonderful views to the ocean while you enjoy a made to order breakfast each day. We found this part of the island to be much more relaxing and less crazy than the southern peninsula. We had an ocean view suite and you went to sleep each night to the sound of crashing waves- it was great. The room was clean and the indoor/outdoor bathroom is fine- no worries. The staff was extremely helpful and arranged airport pick-up for us. You can also book excursions with them if you wish. Only a 5 minute walk away is warung Bint-Ang. This place was where we ate most of our meals. They had a great variety of authentic Indonesian/Balinese foods to choose from that were all excellent with good portions and at a great price. They spoiled us for the rest of our trip as far as eating goes. None of the other warungs we ate at during the rest of our trip compared to here. The staff at the restaurant was also terrific. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Balisanti Bungalows.

Great place to stay right on the water with great views. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We booked various day tours with them. The cars were in top condition and drivers were careful knowledgeable and friendly. Overall we had a lovely stay there for almost 4 weeks.

Balisanti: a great place to stay
Everything about Balisanti far exceeds what one would expect for something so reasonably priced. The bungallows were beautiful and very comfortable, the bathrooms a dream, and the food great. The only disappointment was the beachfront - not much of it and the water too rough. But there are so many other beaches in the area it wasn't much of an issue. The pool was great and well maintained.

Ocean Front Bungalow
This is a small boutique style place. Off the main road and not easy to spot....but once you find it you are right on the ocean and can walk into the village. I had bungalow #1, ocean & pool front. They also have a restaurant.

Good quiet holiday - No fuss
We really enjoyed our stay with a very good room which had a great bed and very good airconditioner For the price $50, a good place. The pool is very nice and the restaurant is right on the water. There isn't a beach except a small one at low tide. Staff were nice as expected.

Beautiful hotel right on the sea
Balisantil exceeded my expectations, my room (Room 10) was a deluxe garden view, but had a fully equipped kitchen (not that I wanted to cook), seating area and a seperate bedroom, two outdoor sitting areas. So big and yet I felt so at home. Balisanti is at the southern end of main Candi Dasa, but really only a short walk to great restaurants, laundry and warangs selling cheap Bintang and cigarettes. Restaurant right on the sea with an infinity swimming pool. The only fault I could say is that the restaurant needs some clear shelters from the wind, so not to loose the amazing view, but to shelter from the wind. The staff from Reception, Restaurant, Cleaning and Massage are amazing. You must have massages, Made is amazing with traditional balinese massage and such a lovely woman. A small but beautiful hotel, the gardens give privacy. The coldest pool I have ever experienced in Bali, beautiful after a long walk to cool down. Loved that after a day I was greeted by name by the local warungs that I had visited for laundry etc.

Affordable priced hotel
Candidasa itself is a very quiet part of Bali mainly for scuba divers and those looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Bali Santi was a surprised to me, clean, large room for an affordable price.

Sensational location right next to the sea so you could hear the waves crashing all day. The selection of food for dinner had enough variety so we did not go any where else for dinner and they were very tasty. The drinks were cold and the cocktails were good.

Beautiful Escape
Great place to unwind and relax! No need to leave the property- have a massage, drink at the bar, dinner at the restaurant and swim in the pool! Gardens are lovely and the beach is beautiful to look at from the infinity pool.

Enjoyed our three night stay.My roon was next to a room being renovated. Made going to the toilet and shower a bit precarious but overall the room was clean and spacious. The restaurany does not have any ambience. The sea breeze is quite strong. Food was good.Staff attentive and friendly.

Wild bird locked in a cage.
Not bad for the price. Close to central Candidasa. There was an exotic bird locked in a 2x3 ft cage at reception. They could not understand that most tourists don't like to see wild birds locked in cages.
