The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is quite friendly. But the aircon is not so cool during day time. We lost our way when finding the lift for the first time. There is no sign or staff to guide us.

Not a Superior room.
Room did not look like a superior room that i had originally booked. Curtains were ripped and did not close fully. could here the children making noise next door plus they kept trying to open the connecting door to our room. Faucet in bathroom sink leaking all over the bench. Cockroach in the shower during showering. Wall paper coming off the walls.

The front desk staff was not professional in dealing thr guests. There were two frond desk staff and two of two guests including me. One staff entertaining the other guest, and I was standing in front of one of the staff, he was busy working on his pc, I hv to wait him finish his work, while waiting more guests coming behind me. Then when he looks up front, he just talked to the guest behind me and entertain him instead of me and ignored me. I felt unwelcome and dispointed.

Nice and strategic place to stay
Strategic place, near mall and have kids playing park up level, breakfast also have many choice so we can choose what to eat. My kids love that hot tofu water with no sugar (fresh)

The facilities are completely old which cannot match with its 5 stars ranking. The attitudes of the staffs are completely poor , slow motion and not motivated to work. We felt not welcomed.

Well trained, & very professional staff
We stayed at the Cambridge Hotel on 2 separate occasions within a week apart. On my return stay, the staff who checked me in remembered me & upgraded my room to a higher floor for more comfort, which I appreciate.

Comfortable hotel with good location
Hotel has a great location but lack of security from the doors which link to the shopping mall. The front desk staff were not eloquent with English. The room we stayed was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast spread was good. The in-room massage option is great when you are feeling so tired and lazy to go down to their spa centre and walk back to your room after you're done. It's one of the best value for money hotel.

Convenient stay in Medan
The hotel situated next to a shopping mall. When dinner time came, it was raining outside. No problem though as in the mall there are lots of restaurants. Very convenient
