"From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how modern and stylish this hotel is. My room was located on the 101st floor with breathtaking views of the Petronas Towers truly unforgettable. The rooms are beautifully designed, very sleek, and comfortable.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 99th floor are spectacular, offering a luxury experience with incredible views. Room service food was delicious and exceeded expectations.
What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff....

"The hotel is well located, a short or moderate walk from a number of tourist attractions. There is a convenience store and various restaurants nearby. I appreciated the laundry and the gym and other guests seemed to be enjoying the common area. The staff was always friendly and helpful."

"The staff was good and the room was good for the price, but . . .
the showerhead leaked, the refrigerator was not very cold even at the coldest setting; the connecting door to the room next door allowed noise to enter easily; the hallways had a dirty appearance with smudges on the walls and chipped paint; the signs in the elevators telling building tenants to pay on time did not make a good impression."
