"One of the most terrible experience I had , I did not like nothing from this place , whatever they showed on pictures did not match with the actuall place , bad I planned a whole week here and couldn’t stay for a minute, as soon as i walked into the room the bad odor and humidity turn me off , then stain sheets and finger nails under the bed , dirty floors etc sorry but not , not dresser for clothes, very poor conditions and cleanliness here , then trying to get my money back thru Expedia , the worse they are a whole bunch of scammers. No ever again thank you ."

"Partial view to the ocean. My 5th time stay since 2012. Kitchenette very convenient for breakfast and snacks. The room this time was in the part of the building not completely remodeled. Decoration little bit outdated but clean and confortable. Ana Fernandez at the front desk very helpfull with details and needs. If you are looking for a cozy place, family oriented this is the location. Nice pool facilities and gym. Walk to the beach just in the back. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. Good transportation, bus and trolley. I do like this landmark a lot. Definetely will stay again."

"If you plan on staying here more than a day, don’t do it. TV’s, oven, and microwave didn’t work in the room I stayed in. Called the front office multiple times and no one answered the phone. When I first checked in the lady at the front desk was very rude. Bed’s are uncomfortable, and the couches are worn down. Location is great because it close to the beach but that’s about it. Will never stay here again."

"We stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent. 5 mins walk to the beach and to the grocery store. Several food options close by. Right across the street you can catch the free Collins shuttle to South Beach or bus 100. The room was clean. There were no amenities at the hotel. The owner was always quick to respond via WhatsApp "
