"Staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and clean, pool was warm (ok for a dip but a bit busy, and not big enough for a good swim), and breakfast was good with everything being replenished constantly. Lovely short stay. Directions when we got of the DLR were not great, we followed some other people to find the 2nd floor entrance. "

"The staff were very professional, from start to finish it was a very classy experience. We stayed in the classic room, river view. I cant imagine the dock view would have privacy. And if we stayed again would love to splash out and stay in the Executive room. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of cold and cooked food, all of high quality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only negatives were that the TV was small, not many UK sockets in the room, and my partner felt too many large mirrors but I didn't mind the latter."

"This a a very family friendly hotel. The pool was a nice amenity with child free times and also times for families. I’d say the staff are the friendliest we’ve ever experienced during a hotel stay!"

"Excellent location with great restaurants bars etc in the area. Lovely bar/terrace. Spacious and spotless rooms. Check in staff outstanding and efficient and very polite and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again."

"Directly opposite the entrance to Canning town station. A really cool looking ground floor space and a good selection of food and drink. I loved that breakfast was served until 11 on the weekend as we were able to get a lie in and still eat. The selection at breakfast was good too. Our room was clean and really nice. The only downside was the TV didn't work at all, which is a shame as I was looking forward to the novelty of telly in bed but two people tried unsuccessfully to fix it. Not the end of the world though but it would have been nice to have the gesture of even a free drink or something as we paid for a room with a working TV. Our shower tray had a blocked drain on its first use, however the staff quickly dealt with this when it was raised with them so that's no one's fault. Id definitely stay here again if going to an event at the O2. It was only one stop of the tube and it runs late on weekends on the jubilee line so there's no stress getting back"
