I had a great experience with this hotel. Today the bus runs late since we have our connection, the hotel staff offered our private drop off. We really appreciate the hospitality.

Wonderful staff- go the extra mile and very patient and courteous. Amazing onsen. Free ski shuttle to niseko lifts. Two nice restaurants with good variety.

Amazing Quality and Value

While this is the most pricy hotel for my trip (although not very ex), it is also the most disappointing one compared to the rest in terms of staff service and facilities. I had a very bad experience with a staff at the convenient store.

Not a great choose to stay or the price
The staff was not too kind, lack of English and service was not to the standard to their rating. Not the greatest location, shuttle to the ski area are very limited.

We stayed in the executive room which was quite spacious & comfortable. Hotel has shuttles to Annupuri (public ski and snowboarding areas). Internet tad slow. Other than that happy with the stay.

spacious room, good buffet, great onsen
i liked the spacious room and a hard mattress. the onsen and breakfast buffet were great. unfortunately the AC in the room i stayed made my eyes itchy. not sure if it was the air or dust or else, but my stay was not entirely comfortable.

Pleasant Japanese Hotel
This was a pleasant traditional Japanese style hotel. We enjoyed the quiet environment and wonderful onsen. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as well. The hotel staff was pleasant and the rooms were very clean. Definitely recommended for those who want a quiet place to stay near the ski resorts.

Lots of snow.
Good place. Close to Niseko Annupuri Kokusai Ski Area.Only a 3-4 minuet drive.WIFI was good. Room needed some storage spots. Extra pillow would be great.

Warm, well kept hotel. Only one employee with good English skills and terrible internet. With a car, the location is good — a bit away from the noise of the ski areas.

Great winter experience
Even before our trip the hotel already contacted us for the details on how to get to their location. All our queries were promptly responded to. Upon arrival we had warm welcome from their staff. We arrived late in the evening and they politely instructed us to have dinner first (included in our package) as their restaurant will close by 9pm. The food is also delicious. Their staff is kind to answer our queries regarding the ski activity for the next day. Their breakfast is also good and have lots of choices. They have free shuttle bus from/to the ski area and they will also share their schedule for your reference. On our second day, we had a room with open air bath and unexpectedly the area is big with free welcome snack (tea and rice cake). Overall, it was a great experience for us.

Great hotel away from the craziness of Nesiko
Kanronomori is a great spot in Nesiko away from riff raff of Gran Hirafu. The hotel has everything you'd need, however it is a bit dated. I've stayed here on 3 different occasions and definitely would stay again!

Quiet and remote self-contained hotel
Went for a ski trip with family. Ski rentals staff at the hotel were friendly. Hotel location was quiet and a bit remote. Onsen indoor and outdoor were amazing. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good, though the dinner main dishes still had rooms for improvement.

A really nice Onsen hotel
Hotel provides free shuttle bus from Annupuri ski center or welcome center. When we finished snowboarding for a day, we took the shuttle bus and checked in the hotel. The staff was so nice that they gave us a personal tour and led us to the room. The room is very nice and clean, with everything we needed. Little snack as well! The food in restaraunt is good, we chose buffet style dinner - a little pricey but it's good, a big variety! After dinner you can go to Onsen with the PJ and towel from the room, it's all nature hot spring, both indoor and outdoors. Imagine dipping in the Onsen while watching snow fall... just beautiful! Free buffet breakfast was included in the morning! Yum! Overall it's a good stay!

Staff are very friendly although not very conversant with English. There are some Chinese speaking staff. Private onsen was very conducive and clean. Very spacious room with beds and tatami. Good Japanese restaurants in the hotel. Souvenir shop located at the lobby. Recommend self drive as the nearest village is about 20 mins drive away. 10 mins walk to the nearest ski resort. Will definitely visit the place during the next hokkaido tour.

The hotel had easy snow sports gear hire, free shuttle bus frequently in the morning however infrequent at night, the buffet was nice but a lot of food that was meant to be hot was cold, no other restaurants near by, nice view in the dining room, spacious rooms but rock hard beds and pillows, rubbish wasn't cleaned up by staff, staff speak limited English.

The hotel staff were amazingly helpful and polite. The onsen facilities are abundant just like the legendary Niseko powder snow. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choice.

Wonderful experience
I'm not a big fan of hotels when travelling but this was really pleasant. Overall atmosphere beautifully calm and serene, very helpful and friendly staff, gorgeous tree surroundings and fantastic breakfast (included). Also very nice onsen. We had a western twin room which had a double and a single bed (think we paid more for non smoking) - it was very comfortable, completely quiet, and also unusually big by Japanese standards. Opening windows and dark curtains. We had a car which is helpful for choice of eating/skifields and as it is 15 mins to Grand Hirafu but there are free shuttles. Didnt try the main restaurant but had very good and reasonably priced sashimi and steamed dish (choice of four) at its mini restaurant the night we arrived. Other useful extras eg heated locker room for ski boots etc. Wasn't full while we were there but another good sign was that half at least of guests were Japanese. Not cheap, but for Niseko area very well priced and we thought it good value. And for us, far far better than being in the thick of a resort town. We stayed five nights and did not want to leave.

I was very impressed with the level of service. The staff brought me a different set of yutaka when she saw that I'm taller than average. They also gave helpful advice about the ski resorts and train service

Nice hotel with a bit more room for improvement
Overall a nice, modern, and well maintained hotel. I could tell that they are trying their best to make the stay as pleasant as possible with their in-house activities and facilities. I felt that they need to improve a bit more on their shuttle bus management as I encountered a few mistakes/inconveniences while trying to use their shuttle bus service.

Not worth the money spent.
Good sized, well maintained rooms, but very expensive. No flexibility from management when we wanted to extend our stay by one night, they even charged for luggage storage and shower after we checked out. No good restaurants nearby. Need a car or usethe shuttle bus

Great hideaway ski resort
The hotel locates in the mid of nature, and far from towns. The onsen is good, though not exceeding the expectation but very hygenic and clean. Good place to stay if you have no other plan to do in town.
