"Amazing staff and very clean hotel! The rooms are small but normal for Japan! The hotel is in a great location close to the train station great travel hub! And very walkable to main Tokyo highlights! Couldn’t recommend more and have free luggage lockers for after checkout! "

"The staff was amazing-very welcoming and helpful. The room was standard size for Japan (a little small compared to American size) but the amenities provided more than made up for the size of the room-especially the pajamas. They had a great selection of personal care products in the lobby to choose from. The hotel is in a quieter area of Shinjuku (which was nice to get away from the craziness near the Shinjuku station) but still close enough to walk to everything in Shinjuku. "

"The staff at the lobby are very courteous and always try to give prompt service. The room are clean and the decor seems to be updated and looks contemporary. I try to get this hotel when I am in Tokyo for a large part because of its great location near a transport hub and also because the hotel limousine drops of at the hotel. "

"The rooms are very nice modern spacious . The corridor looks outdated though but still clean . Nice to have the adapters and multi cables available in the room . Toilet within the room is spacious bright clean and modern . Will definitely stay here again if I m back to Tokyo. Do remember to check if the room type comes with access to the sky lounge as I forgot to do so"
