"What can I say. They know hospitality. There was a private extremely large corporate event happening as we were checking in so things were a bit chaotic but you would never know it. Things went smoothly and they even upgraded our room with a view. The room was stunning with a large balcony. The bed was BEYOND comfy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. P. S there is a city parking lot right next door if you are traveling in an oversized vehicle like we were. "

"Lovely big room with comfortable big bed. Lots of outside seating. Pool area was small but nice and we always got a daybed because it wasn't busy. Great location for all the restaurants and bars in South Beach. Very short walk to the beach itself. Only downside for me was the rooms use a punchpad code system through multiple doors so it took ages to get from outside to the room. It did feel safe however. "
