The staff was kind enough to refer me to her English-speaking colleague. That reduced language barrier. The male staff was very swift in processing my check-in. He was also very detailed in relating to me the hotel's instruction (esp. not to open the door when the door bell rings - signalling my breakfast is here). Imperial surpassed expectations. From the moment you walk in, staff stand ready to assist, with even the smallest request. the family room is simply perfect for a small family of four and the adjoining rooms were so comfortable. floor area was tremendous, for example, in the main room, there was a 2 seater sofa, with a lazy chair and work table, and tv console with luggage area. i could still open up two large Rimowa luggages in the middle of the room and have space to walk around them. the kids...
