"This hotel is beautiful. The staff are really great and where do kind to us. Only feedback is that the pool is not really a pool. The spa is stunning but small so feels very busy. Would 100% stay again."

I've been to London a dozen times before but never experienced the city the way I did coz of COMO. Exceptionally well located, spacious rooms and a warm and friendly set of staff across all departments (In particular, the amazing front office team). Within a 2 km radius which is a very walkable distance in London, one can get to a variety of London attractions. The location also makes it easy to travel to many distances in a single bus ride. I enjoyed my workout and the access to hyde park from...

Nothing is not excellent at this hotel. From checked-in till checked-out are indeed pleasant experience. We much appreciated the very early check-in time given to us after such a long tiring journey with some delays. Almond croissant at the breakfast is especially good.

The hotel facilities are first class, true to their rating of a 5-star luxury hotel in central london. All places of interests like Oxford Street, Soho, Chinatown, Covent Garden, is within walking distance. The location is super busy but at the same is very quiet.
Their staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming and they always try their best to make sure you have what you need or you know where you're heading. Truly impressive and impeccable services - rates are expensive but the services you...

Luxury hotel quality which is more Asian (larger and higher standard) than European. Great river views and nice luxury feel to the hotel (used to be Four Seasons). More for business Travellers than tourists given location by the business district but it has great transport links to West End. Only 'weakness' is not much atmosphere in bar or restaurant area. Staff are great and gave me a late checkout 3pm which is rare nowadays.
