It is disturbing to need to ask repeatedly for hand towels and bath towels when there were none in the suite. Similarly the remote for one of the air conditioners did not work. The one phone in the suite did not have contact instructions for anything. The drain in the shower/bath did not pop up and was not fixed during my stay.

We were very disappointed, as this is definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised on their website, the staff a very helpful and friendly, the hotel and room could do with a thorough cleaning and a lot of maintenence needs doing

The staff are super polite and kind. Rooms and lobby area are very clean and well presented. It was quiet during our stay so had the pools to ourselves mist of the time. The restaurant food was nice but limited choice. The hotel is not near beach, shops or restaurants

Rate only ONE for the room size only. Carpark and places / walkway had limited or no light. The selling point for this expensive property is the roof top sky pool. However the pool is closed and no light before the operation time is up 😡 The breakfast has only four choice AND the food is not thoroughly cook. The hotel entrance is not light up and the barrier is down resulting missing it and had to make a U turn. The staffs are not professional and careless attitude with reason/excuses after my feedback. NOT WORTH AND OVER RATING OF FIVE STAIRS.

The property is pretty well maintained. The staff are courteous. Breakfast served on 8th floor worth a special mention. The staff here knows how to take care of guests. The setting is fantastic. It's a' la carte breakfast which you can order the previous day, tell them when you wanted to come in the morning and they will have it ready for you! Family friendly and fairly near to the beach (they provide free transport service to beach). Loved staying here.

I thought it was a lovely hotel in not such a nice area. This didn't matter too much as we relaxed a lot at the hotel and travelled around. The staff were so very lovely, but they really do need some more training. There knowledge of english was very poor. When you called for room service, they didn't understand, sent the wrong things or didn't bother coming at all. We requested via expedia prior to travelling, a bottle of champagne in our room on arrival (to celebrate our engagement.) They had forgotten to put it in. We reminded them, then one hour later they called to say they didn't have any in stock. Often the barmen left the pool bar upstairs unattended and we had to chase down security to radio staff so that we could sign for our bill. Slow and not very attentive service. This is all due to lack of training. They were lovely people and really did care for us, just some useful feedback for them to improve for the next customers. Hotel had predominantly chinese guests so their breakfast menu was mainly asian food. However the breakfast staff always greeted us and offered to cool us english breakfasts daily! This was a very kind gesture and greatly appreciated. Reception staff were good amd helpful. Especially a man named Febrian. he recommended great tours and always looked after us. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the friendly staff.

Positives: 1. As usual, very nice staff and helpful. Always happy to assist us. 2. Reception area is quute welcoming 3. Amazingly, gave us an offer for 10 mins free massage, which undortunately I can't use on this stay 4. Rooms exterior looks quite modern with wood theme 5. Good queen sized beds on twins 6. Interior is quite spacey despite small room, likely from minimalist models and less bulky wardrobe like older type of hotel Negatives 1. Was very hot when I got in, took very long to cool down. 2. Bathroom in general is inadequately serviced, e.g. corroded hair dryer, mouldy corners, water splashed everywhere on opening tap despite small running water, mouldy soap holder, etc. 3. Room was quite smelly on arrival 4. Street view gives us lots of barking dog sounds, so disturbing 5. Not sure sure what used for cleaning, but sticky floor and quite dirty still 6. Need nee pillows, pleade consider firmer ones. It was so thin, frlt like no pillows at all. 7. Unfortunately, I havr to rate, compared to many other hitels in Bali, with similar price, I will reveive a better value for money.

Fantastic infinity pool on the rooftop and shady pool for during the heat of the day on the ground floor. Lovely big room with 2 queen beds. Breakfast had a wide range of food available and the staff were lovely and extremely obliging. Highly recommend this hotel

Good stay
Our overall stay was good! Breakfast, the pool facilities and some of the staff were excellent, Dewa and Roy in particular! The penthouse room was well suited for a family of four. We had some ongoing problems with the language barrier with some of the staff and referring us to a local water sport provider "BMR" (I think it was called) who ripped us off and took my son on the jet ski for a 5 minute ride which cost 600,000 rupiah. There is no beach at the hotel and the nearby Nusa Dua beach is a private beach. This hotel caters for mostly Asians and the karaoke by the pool bar should not be allowed! They need to be considerate of other guests!

We won't be back!
The staff were lovely & friendly. We had to move rooms THREE times - due to plumbing and air conditioning reasons. The pool was very small & not much to do for kids. It was like an episode of Faulty Towers. The location was poor - we had to catch a taxi to go anywhere.

So much potential, so disappointed
Staff were fantastic. Hotel not so much, ran out of basic food items everyday. Rooms weren’t as advertised, not overly clean either. Shower leaked through our room after being used. This place has so much potential, suggest not charging full price for a hotel that is still being built. Won’t be back and won’t be recommending.

"Good" hotel in the middle of nowhere!
The hotel was clean and tidy, but was still not fully complete, however that did not really impact our stay. The room was good, and they were good enough to upgrade us to a jacuzzi room which looked over the pool. Room layout was a bit awkward as it was an open bathroom, which was a bit funny when you've got kids. Sun light on the pool is limited, as it is surrounded by the building, so don't expect to get sun from around 3pm onwards, plus the water was VERY chilly. There's a great kids pool with a little water slide, and the water depth is only 40cm, so great for little ones. The pool bar was a major disappointment. There was a "happy hour" from 4:30-6pm. We went down at 5pm, and there was NOBODY there, including staff. It took 15mins to get anyones attention, let alone getting a drink. Mind you, cocktails were pretty good. The biggest downside is the hotels location. Whilst it's technically in Nusa Dua, it's not in the Resort district and its on a main road with nothing around. No markets to be seen, or restaurants. We ended up eating in for our stay, albeit only one night, and the again upgraded us with a free breakfast. You can tell the hotel is only new, as there staff was very underskilled, and there was no urgency in the restaurant and pool/pool bar...which is disappointing, considering we wanted to spend money! They wanted to help and no doubt in the coming months/years, they'll be a great hotel, but personally I would not return.

let start with good stuff, big family rooms, new, hotel had good decoration need to improve: tourist services eg. there is no travel agency in the hotel, free shuttle only goes to nussa dua at specific times and is not well specified anywhere..., taxi or private car, employees offers theirs or taxi cab with taximeter.which could be very expensive! uber does not work very well there, how ever there is another application which is the same as uber )very cheap !ask at the airport .... not remember the application. i only found out at the end of my trip and realised i was ripped off with the taxi and private transport! never been advised on the existence of that option. the hotel is not close to the amenities or the beach... you need to take a taxi-shuttle to get there.... breakfast buffet service needs improvement. staff is only concerned in providing you the taxi service or private car they have.... they do not provide you much information of the place or what to do or visit. as the hotel seems to be new... well,my airconditioning did not work, they fixed ... but they have to be in my bedroom half day fixing it. also, the shower was leaking wáter, every single time we used it. i did not call them to fix it as i did not wanted to get people in my bedroom another half day. i just simply cleaned . also, room service, does not work properly... i tried to used it a couple of times... and despite it was during the time meant to be opened... they advise me it was closed.

New but not quality
Although this hotel is new the quality of the building is not great. There was no soap in the bathroom and the pillows were flat, we requested extra pillows but the staff seemed hesitant to give them to us. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The cocktail menu is quite limited and the bar had no change and ran out of ingredients for most of the drinks. The breakfast buffet consists of a lot of rice/noodle dishes and every morning the baked beans and scrambled eggs were cold/warm. The omelette/egg bar was great though. The location is a bit out of the way so you spend a bit of money getting around however it is much quiter than staying in Kuta. Overall i would not stay again unless the issues were resolved.

Until the hotel is complete take a wide birth
It is how it looks in the Pictures of what has been completed, and shows lots of potential, but as it is not due to officially open until June 2018. So if you want to pay for a room and no more, as no other facilities apart from the pool, and view there is nothing else to offer... Full travel insurance would be a must as several issues in design can cause concern. Breakfast was mainly catered for Asian nationality not much western food at all. Could not get hot water in shower, also having to climb out a high bath on wood decking was quite slippery and posed some risk , house keeping also was lacking only did part of usual service. Pool bar is not open or the Cafe and trying to get any service with skeleton staff was impossible.

The staff were as helpful as they could be, but only a couple of people could understand English. The free breakfast was ok if you only wanted eggs, everything else was asian style food, we did have a couple of good meals in the evening, we were usually the only ones eating there. Together with the team, we continuously develop our team for better performance, training and development is one of our routine activities. We have addressed your concern on food experiences, understand we are on soft opening periods, however guests satisfaction during the stay is our concern. 今回無料でスイートにアップグレードしていただけました。窓口のスタッフの方々は、英語があまり得意でない私にとても親切に対応していただけました。ここまでは120点なのですが、とても残念だったのは、他のアジアのある国の大人数のお客達が毎日とても騒々しく、朝食の場所や公共の場所でのマナーが悪く、あまりリラックスできなかったことです。仕方のない事ですが、ホテルの給仕のスタッフなどもとても疲れているように見えて、気の毒になりました。

Fik ikke det værelse som vi skulle have til at starte med hvilket var et 2 værelses penthouse. Første efter klage og et opkald til hotels.com blev der rettet op. Synes det er uacceptabelt at de til at starte med påstod at der ikke var privat svømmebassin i penthouse selvom det stod i reservationen. Så fik et andet værelse første nat og blev opgraderet dagen efter. Hotellet trænger et at blive renoveret. Beliggenheden er ikke god. Derudover stinker hver eneste dag af kloak lugt. Det er ikke overdrevet. De kalder det Bay men det er en sump.
