7 weeks in Japan and this hotel had the biggest room. Two chairs and a table were very handy. Bed was good too. Breakfast was included along with free ice cream and an open bar after 6pm. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Osaka. Only 5 minutes walk to Namba shops too.

We loved our stay at Hotel Relief! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the location was a close walk to stores, restaurants and atteactions, and the free bread breakfast was freshly baked. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very warm and lovely. It has an ice cream buffet and a bread buffet in the morning. There's a Family Mart on the ground floor, and you can walk to the nearby Yasaka Shrine.

Spacious apartment which is great!!! Although the bed and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. And also very noisy at night because it’s on a Main Street. Overall was nice, just hard to get a good nights sleep.

We enjoyed our stay even though it was just for one night. The only thing that we didn’t like was that it was right next to the highway so it was very loud sometimes, but it was bearable because we were so tired and went straight to sleep. Overall the place was clean and the free drinks and ice cream until 10PM was a great bonus!

Overall good stay. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Good price and spacious room for Japanese hotel standards. The breakfast was not that good though, would not recommend including in your stay. It was a bread bar only serving a couple options, small waffles you make yourself, and cereal which were limited qualities. There was unlimited fountain drinks and ice cream throughout the day and alcoholic mixtures you could make a couple hours at night.

We loved the all day ice cream and bread at breakfast. It was a great spot, and having bikes out the front to hire was also really beneficial for us to see around the city.
