"The room was just perfect. You do own check in and out. Supermarkets and shopping near. Transportation is 5 min away. Super quiet. Some people will say it is far but far means dicovering new places and gems. I was even able to walk to Centeral areas, i enjoy walking in new cities. Also, very good connection to airport Kensai. "Location is great, just next to the subway station exit, and surrounding is convenient. Sound-proof is just ok, can hear street noise in the morning. The room size is a bit smaller than expectation but not too bad."

"It was cheap, but I encountered 6 different bugs plus dead bugs.
Upon entering, there were a few dead bugs and dirt on the floor by the door. As I walked into the property, a small cockroach ran across the floors towards the curtains. As I was showering, an adult cockroach crawled up through the bathtub drain and scared me! As I got on the bed, a tiny worm thing was crawling on the bed sheets. I then killed a mosquito. Then some black bug ran quickly across the wall. I then killed another...

"Big rooms, comfy beds, check in staff were wonderful, very clean. Amazing location for universal and Osaka city. Breakfast was best we had in Japan. Only negative was tv in room did not have Netflix or any apps."
"I didnt like that you had to pay for access to the pool. The food and drinks were overpriced. The hotel is very nice and checkin and checkout is very fast. Oh they also hold your bags before and after checkin."
"The apartment was clean and the building is well kept. It’s close to a station so it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. It’s about a 20 minute leisurely walk from Universal City Walk so there is access to all styles of restaurants. If you want more local flavor, hop on the train and get to one of the other local neighborhoods and enjoy the local dining there. There is a Family Mart just down the street for quick and easy conbi food. We did have a problem with the door lock sticking one time but the staff were quick to respond when contacted via phone. AC worked well in the high heat and the beds were firm but comfortable. I would stay here again. "
