"Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. My boys enjoy the Dino park and the Splash. But the water in the splash is very cold. Hope they can do something about it. Almost every kids...

They arranged a stroller, a baby sitter, and kid friendly amenities before my arrival. The kids club at MO was also incredible. The food and their in room dining service was top quality, not to mention the room views. MO team made my stay extremely comfortable and my daughter actually became so sad when we had to check out.
