"The hotel room was ok. It was spacious and clean but dated. The couch smelled like feet. Our door handle and lock was not working properly and had to be replaced while we were there. The staff was friendly, but it sucked to sit there for an hour waiting for it to be replaced. The hole in the wall restaurant was not good. "I would definitely return but there were issues with my room, 32D. Mold in shower and basin, scratched or damaged furniture, walls and baseboards needed painting, etc. The exterior of the property is well looked after but the rooms need more scrutiny and maintenance attention. Very nice Drybar blowdryer provided. That was great. The coffee machines need to be upgraded though. Replace those cheap Braun machines w/ good quality Nespresso. "

"This is my "Go to" when flying out of Phoenix Sky Harbor. It is right across the street from Pre-flight parking garage with shuttle to the airport. With regard to dining, the do have a limited menu you can order food from at the lobby bar. Food is good but it's not a sit down. You can take back to the room or eat in the lobby area which is nice."
