Grand Mercure Phuket Patong

"We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Mercury Phuket, Patong. The hotel has a very convenient location - it is within walking distance to both the mall and the beach, which made everything easy. When we arrived, we even received a yummy complimentary cake for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. The pool was nice and there were always chairs available, so it was easy to relax between outings. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options, and the overall service was great. The staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. We will highly recommend Grand Mercury Phuket to anyone visiting Patong!"

"Beautiful spacious room and beds. Great breakfast. Only downside was we were told to pay 1000 baht per day as security fee, which would be refunded at chekout. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking so we refused and only paid 1000 in total for 5 nights. Other than this, the stay was very comfortable. Property is a 20 min walk from main patong beach area. Kids play area is good, fitness centre was well-equipped."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Memory at On On Hotel. We absolutely loved the beautiful antique interior, which gave the hotel so much charm and character. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. A nice touch was the complimentary unlimited hot and cold drinks, along with biscuits and bread available throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in early, which made our arrival much more convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Phuket."

"Everyone was friendly and accessible. The balcony was small and cute, but only had a view of trees and 2 other huge buildings. The room itself was really nice and they set up snacks for you and the towel setup was so cute! The shopping center next to here is great! Only complaint is that there was one night that people were shouting around 1 am, not sure if they were told to be quiet. Also, not sure if they clean at night because we would randomly hear the sound of something slamming to the floor like a broomstick at random times in the night. However, still a 5 star experience because everyone was great, the breakfast was good, the room was great and in a good area."
