"Great central location. Close to tube but also walkable to many places. Breakfast very good, lots of hot and cold options. Complimentary few snacks/water in mini bar. Good a/c which was needed. Only downside was shower - complicated and so strong we had small flood."

"The Z hotels are well maintained ,perfectly located and very clean. I only have 2 issues, there was only 1 toilet available in the area near to the cafe, so while waiting for room to be readied, if it was being used for changing ,then there was a long wait. Also, the signage outside the hotel is not very noticeable ,and we walked up and down Poland street several times before locating it. Apart from those 2 snails issues, the staff,rooms and overall location….Superb"

"The staff were lovely, check in easy. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room did not work. Staff member was lovely and found us another room, air conditioning did not work in there either but was a larger room so not as stuffy. Offered us a fan but presumably unable to find one as did not return however was lovely and not complaining about him at all."
