"Need to find your own way to contact the hotel for check in because they do not have any reception counter. There is no concierge available to store your luggages too. We chose the hotel because of it's close proximity to shopping areas around it but were very disappointed to be greeted with dirty room, toilets and poor service. "Very spacious room within walking distance to the Patronas Towers and shopping malls. When it came to the over all stay, majority of the lights in the room didnt work, however host did offer to move me, few things were broken in the room which i was able to notify host of. Pool is cold even on hot sunny days and some facilities were under maintenance.
