"Toilet roll holder was loose in its position and the curtain over the door window didn’t close properly and it kept falling of the rail on the left hand side, otherwise the rest of the facilities was amazing. "

on arrival there is plenty for kids, a big tv in reception with bean bags, plenty of arcades, animal theme throughout.
The food albeit expensive was very good, the breakfast included with the stay was excellent, so much choice and to watch the giraffes have their breakfast whilst we ate ours was truly magical!"
