We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Resort Queenstown! The staff were absolutely amazing—warm, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The real standout, though, was the view. Waking up to sweeping vistas of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains was nothing short of breathtaking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Queenstown—this place made our trip extra special!

Loved the facilities, especially the gym and pool. It’s a shame the gym doesn’t open until 7am, an earlier work out time would be better so that you can continue with your day. Buffet breakfast was amazing
