"The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was so good, plenty of choice to cover all tastes. Evening buffet was very good with a full range of food, bbq lobsters and large prawns just some of the items on the night we ate in the hotel. Infiniti pool on the roof was stunning at night looking out over Singapore"

"The hotel was nice overall, but our check-in experience could have been better. We arrived at around 12:00 after a very long and exhausting journey. I understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, so we were happy to wait and spend some time outside the hotel. However, even when we returned shortly before 3:00 PM, we were told that the room was still not available and that we had to wait until exactly 3:00 PM. At exactly 3:00 PM, our room cards were given to us. I completely understand the hotel’s check-in policy, but I believe a little flexibility, when a room is ready, can make a big difference to a tired traveller’s experience. We were extremely exhausted and simply wanted to rest. Overall, the hotel was good, but I hope there can be a little more flexibility with check-in when possible."

"The most extraordinary stay I’ve had. Staff were amazing and their hospitality is top tier. All of the hotel concierge were helpful but when I was facing a huge difficulty with my credit card the front desk agent really put herself in my place and not only understood my problem but solved it. I cannot thank the marina bay sands team for taking care of me during my stay. I am definitely gonna be coming back. Everything was just divine."
