"Iv never stayed in such an unkept hotel, the mould in the room was so bad I asked to move, which was alittle better, I was so upset I didn’t want to be there, I stayed up most of the night looking for another hotel, we ended up staying for breakfast which was just so horrible, didn’t even finish it , I asked for a refund this is still in despute. "We had to leave this hotel without staying. It was dirty & smelly. The walks were filthy, bathroom moldy & griss & the beds were thin & pillows disgusting. The 1st room reeked of snoke so we hauled our stuff back downstairs to request a different room but it was no better so we simply left. Walked down to the Ibis Kuta Hotel instead for just a few dollars more."
