Great service, beautiful rooms and well located

Wonderful service. Hotel is a bit far from the centre but has the charm of being by the coast, a great breakfast and service. Room was a bit tight but as to be expected in Venice. Would return

Upon arrival, we were given a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room. The room was big with free coffee machine and umbrellas provided in the room. The food and restaurant recommendation from the front desk staff was always delicious! Thank you very much for making my stay at Venice an amazing one!

There was no VIP access. Had the basic room.

The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Service was of the highest standard. Location of the hotel was excellent.

Very near the Venice train station. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly in showing you a map of venice and the things to look out for. As the room wasnt ready, the hotel staff kept our luggage and even sent them to our rooms so by the time we got back to the hotel at night, all we had to do was go up to our room. Only minor complain is that we only found only 1 electric socket inside the room.

A very pleasant stay in the heart of Venice. Stayed in the single room which was very adequate for solo travellers. Facilities were clean. There was also a lift (rare in Venice) so moving of luggages was not an issue. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast served daily from 7.30-10.30 am - it had a spread with buffet items (sandwiches, cereal, breads, cold cuts, hot food, juice) and off the menu items (waffles, pancakes, shakes). Lovely rooms and location. Must stay

Pros: Very nice hotel. The huge rooms are decorated to seem like inside of a ship. The room and bathroom - just pure luxury. Including the products kept in room. Plus the view is amazing of the canal! Breakfast is ok. From outside it looks a little run down, but inside the hotel is amazing. Cons: No room service/restaurant in hotel. Access to the hotel is a little walk away from the port stop. Quite difficult when you have a lot of baggage since you have to cross over the bridge with steps.

This hotel is real masterpiece, real Venetian heritage, Palazzo. I felt myself a Queen in the hotel. Breakfast is perfect. Good variety of choices. Interior design of the hotel is amazing. It's all you need in Venice, authentic style and high class service.

We had a wonderful stay here. Although the flooding happened, the hotel let us use other exit which was safe. We used for our honeymoon and the hotel offered the warm surprise.

Amazing property in the heart of Venice. With its private pier, it allows guests to allow fuzz free and in style away from the crowds. This also offers a beautiful way to experience the grand canal as you first enter Venice and as you bid farewell to this beautiful city. The rooms were gorgeously and tastefully decorated, showcasing the rich Venetian heritage. The service from hotel staff was immaculate.

Great vibe, environment.

Murano is a lovely escape from the masses in Venice. NH is a new hotel a couple of minutes walk from the vaporetti stop Navagero. The hotel also has a private pier n is a great place for photos at sunset. Lots of shops n cafes around. Receptionist Sophia was especially helpful.
