"Amazing stafff. But didn’t understand that we could not smoke on the balcony. We quickly corrected the problem. We unknowingly broke the rules and we did attempt to pay the fine but I never got an email? Hopefully they saw how well kept our room was and we did leave a note and large tip for service. I hope they just forgave us because I will be coming back and I just loved the hotel and the food people running it."
"I had a great experience during my stay! The staff was very friendly, and the doorman kindly helped with my luggage from a distance, since taxis have to stop about half a block away—the hotel is located on a pedestrian street. The lounge area was a nice bonus, always stocked with desserts and drinks, and perfect for relaxing or having a conversation. Overall, a warm and welcoming place. Highly recommended!"
"This hotel was perfect. One block from Zocalo, there are bakery, restaurants, and shopping very close. It was easy for our tour guide to pick us up as well. Also, this hotel had breakfast items and are open for about 4 hours. The staff attending to the food was great about restocking, keeping things clean, and most of friendly. I will definitely go back.
