"Hotel is close to the Ryogoku train station , ate at the cafes close by. There was not much interaction with staff, but very clean! All amenities provided, but rooms are small. "

"Very convenient location. Connected directly to the Haneda International Airport Terminal 3. Too bad I didn’t have enough time to enjoy the Onsen facility and their breakfast. Their gym use, I found out, that you have to pay separately to use. I did use their laundrymat. Also located in a building with multiple dining options and a convenience store 24hrs. Plus being connected to Haneda Monorail and Keikyu train lines to access rest of Tokyo. "

"Good location. 5 minutes to shopping mall. No drinking water provided in room. Welcome centre provides free candies, ice cream puff, bobbing wine and tap beer. Great shower area with tub."

"The hotel is close to Shinjuku station, so you can easily get anywhere. Walking areas. Metropolitan government observatory building is close and free to go. Breakfast is ok with a lot of choices. Rooms are literally a shoe box, but it’s like this in Japan. "

"Nothing but glowing things to say about this place!!! Even the staff who were a bit weary of me (I am pierced/tatted up/have loudly dyed hair and am very direct & assertive) warmed up to me over the days I've been here, and it felt really good practicing my japanese & joking with them, and getting warm smiles every day. The beds are so comfy (I am chronically ill and very sensitive too), the food is excellent, and the location is perfect for me! A very safe neighborhood too - i felt VERY comfortable walking drunk alone at 11pm, as did countless young Japanese women I saw. The baths are immaculate in every way, the rooms are huge by Tokyo standards, and everything is sparkling clean. ✨️ I can and will stay here again if the opportunity arises or my apartment needs maintenance. Highly recommend for solo female travelers, families and couples :) "
