The location of the hotel is outstanding . Surrounded with restaurants and nearby market. The next door massage place is superb!!! The bathroom had mold that should be removed and sanitized.The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly to call taxi and provide information. Wish to speak Korean to enjoy more the hidden gems.Big thanks to the staff!

Convenient and Hospitable at a Great Value!

Hotel at Home has become my go-to place to stay when visiting Seoul. It's centrally located, a 5-min walk from Gwangjang Market and the Jongno-5 metro station on Line 1 (dark blue metro line). Checking in and out was super quick and easy. One inconvenience when I was there was that the elevator was not available as they were replacing it during my stay, but the front desk person helped took my bags up for me at check-in and back down at check-out. The room itself is clean and roomy and such a good value for what you pay! The mattress and bedding are comfortable, and there's a bathtub! Highly recommend!

The room was very nice. The bedroom was clean. The service was also excellent. However, I didn't think the toilet and shower were very clean. This might be a problem for those who are very particular about cleanliness. The staff member wearing glasses was very kind. Thank you

Free drinks and fresh towels everyday receptionist helped with our lost luggage by calling the airport (we don’t speak Korean) The bathrooms in the standard rooms could use some renovation Would recommend!

Though I'm not sure of your previous review, this hotel shouldn't be considered as a hotel. It's humbly shabby, having noisy plastic sheet all over the bed right under the bed sheet. Did I come to a hotel or someone's love house?

The bathroom was dirty (shower) with mold around the tiles, easy to remove but they don't clean good, they don't have room cleaning, they only remove trash everyday, so is like an Airbnb, you have to do your beds and keep clean your room

施設自体は古かったですが、設備の新しさに期待しなければ、とても快適で申し分ないホテルだと思います。 まず、スタッフの方は物腰がとても柔らかくて好印象でした。 お掃除は有料ですが、無料で毎日お水とタオルの補充、ゴミの回収があるので、個人的にはそれで満足でした。 あとは、防音が少し心配でしたが、廊下の音がたまに少し聞こえるくらいで快適でした。 また是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

地下鉄の駅・広蔵市場から歩いて5分程度のため利便性がいい。 観光エリアはどこも行きやすい。 シャワーは、11階でも水圧が強く、お湯もすぐ出る。 洗面台は、基本問題ないが、パッキンが壊れてるのか水が下から漏れた。 ベッド、部屋は清潔。 水2本、タオル交換のサービスは無料。 部屋の清掃を頼むと有料とのこと。 アメニティは、コットン・綿棒・洗顔料・かみそり・歯ブラシ・歯磨き粉・洗顔料・乳液。 ドライヤーあり。
