This is a modern property and our first time there. It is walkable to the Shinjuku area. Rooms are modestly sized which is not unusual for Tokyo. The staff are excellent and the dining options are superb. The lobby lounge is perfect for coffee and snacks/ meals should you need to spend some time doing your calls between outdoor trips. Overall a very trendy and aesthetic hotel.

Great location with train station, convenience stores, small supermarket and many food options nearby. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and service-oriented. Room was clean and everything worked.

Check-in process was very smooth and fast. Staff were helpful and we found the hotel shuttle bus very convenient for the guests. We were given a room with a view of Disneyland and caught the fireworks on our last night - it was amazing and the kids had a really good stay with the bunk beds.

The service level was exceptional. I experienced truly professional hospitality throughout my stay. The room was cleaned to a very high standard, and it was both spacious and comfortable. The garden view was beautiful, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. I have no complaints at all.

Nice place and big enough for 6. We only had 4 of us. Clean and location was good but a bit of a walk from the subway though.

We had a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. And they couldn’t change it bec it was full. And the windows couldn’t be opened to air it. Was wondering if it was a fire hazard!

Nice hotel. Comfy bed & good wifi. Checkin & checkout is easy. Highly recommended. Near to Shin-Yokohama station.
