Amazing experience staying at this newly opened hotel , central location , quiet . Very nice rooms and amenities and friendly staff

Clean room and helpful staff. The bakery downstairs was great too.

Staffs there are pleasant and good in English. The hotel gave us a local feeling with the use of tatamis design. Great choice to be away from the hustling and bustling city center and walkable distance to Kyoto or Gojo subway stations.

We had a fantastic stay at the newly opened Hyatt Place Kyoto. 1. Perfect Location – The hotel is in a quiet area with a supermarket and convenience store right next door. Excellent room space and well thought out bath area. Only thing if needs to b corrected will be the table in the room. The legs of the tables are extremely sharp and hurts when you accidentally kick it. Apart from that, thumbs up!

Good table management system. Every table is given a "Table Occupancy Card" where guests can comfortably leave the dining table without worrying that it's may be taken by another guest whole collecting food or waiters clearing the table when guests or when guests are not at the table but haven't leave the restaurant yet. Upon leaving, guests will return the card to the reception. Many hotels including those 5 stars hotel perch can adopt this concept

Nice and comfortable stay..clean and convenient

Right next to the Kyoto main station, very convenient and easy to get around through bus and train. Notable shops nearby for quick buys. Room a little small - as all Japan hotels however was still a pleasant stay.

The service was excellent. The friendly and helpful receptionist kindly allowed us an early check-in once our room was prepared.

Location was great, right next to Kyoto Station, but yet the rooms were quiet, can't hear the sound of the train nor other guests in the hotel. Breakfast was decent/average

It is very convenient, near to bus station (if you are coming from Kansai airport) and Kyoto station. Lots of eatery place and shopping, it is also near to some attractions. Overall is good if I ever come back to Kyoto this hotel will be my choice. Very general with the amenities. Thank you for the hospitality.

Very close 2 min walk from Gojo subway station Exit 6 to the hotel has a lift which is convenient for carrying luggages Room is big and clean beds and pillows are nice and firm Has connecting rooms which is good for families
