"Don't recommend this hotel. Staff were friendly, as they moved us 4 times trying to find a room that was sensible. No one cleaned our room during our 7 day stay. No garbage emptied, no fresh towels or bedsheets. Floors in the rooms were dirty, the bottoms of our feet were black."

"It was quiet at night which I appreciated. Great view of volcano bay and we could walk there. I also I loved the perk of being able to swim and use other universal hotels. I also loved taking the bus or the water taxi into the parks. I liked that there is a Starbucks, urban pantry, and bistro for dinner too on site. The staff were accommodating for all our needs the entire week. "

"The room was very nice and clean. The staff is super helpful. They do charge a $100 refundable fee that isn't listed when you book through other sites. The pool area is nice and clean as well. The towels are really small and flimsy, but they work in a pinch."

"We arrived at the property to get our room. We were given the first room and we found lots of scuff marks on the walls dirty sheets in the beds and dirty furniture weird liquid on the lamps. We went down stairs and let the room manager know we were given another room and found more of the same in the next room but added was food in the beds. So we went down and talk for the manager face to face this time about the room and he said he would be reluctant to give us a third room without inspections it first, and he told me that he would let me know when it would be available. We waited over an hour so I went to the manager again to ask the status and he immediately came up with keys which means it was ready long before he came up with keys. We went up to the room and again found more of the same so I called down and was told that someone from house keeping would be up along with a member of management. Jordi and a supervisor of housekeeping neither one of them cared saying that the room was clean and so was the sheets and to either deal with it or leave. I told him that if this was my house and he immediately said “I wouldn’t go to your house” I ignored the rude comment and said you would expect your room to have clean sheets don’t you think. Again didn’t care I asked to have a higher up manager call me and he said the hotel manager wasn’t available and didn’t know who would be available. Later he said that the highest guest facing manager would reach out soon. We arrived at 4pm"
