On arrival at 3:15pm (after regular checkin time of 2pm) was told our room type wasn’t available because it had not finished being cleaned. I have two young kids and needed the room to get ready to be at a party at 4pm. I asked if we could get a room to get ready in and then they can swap us to room with the bedding configuration we needed. They said no. Had to check in after 7pm because we couldn’t wait around. Then next morning, no hot water in our shower. Tried multiple times between 7-8am on a Sunday. Husband has to have a freezing cold shower in the middle on winter. Then I discovered hot water was coming from sink tap and had to use a cup and sink water to shower. Then when my husband opened his towel off the rack a big chunk of hairball fell out of it. Which was disgusting. Breakfast and bed were the only saving grace. But I would not recommend staying here and will not stay here in the future.

The hotel was good the only issue was the two bed room turned out to be two single beds so I had to pay for an upgrade to two queen beds

Our second time staying at this Hotel. Very nice, clean and quiet. If you want a view of the airport be sure to book a room above the 4th floor as the street trees are quite tall. Ground floor restaurant ‘Biggles’ has lovely food. Fantastic location being so close to the airport. Excellent for early morning flights. We’ll definitely stay there again.
