"I have stayed in many many hotels over the past 25 years in Tokyo and this hotel is my favourite in terms of cleanliness, staff helpfulness and room/hotel quality. I stayed here for 12 nights. I am missing being there already. Will certainly return next year. "

"Clean room, very cozy space, but was perfect for our short stay. The location was incredibly convenient and the breakfast in the morning was so nice. We went to the Japanese style buffet. It was a lovely experience. We really enjoyed it, especially because the airport limo (charter bus) takes you right up to the front door. Super helpful for my parent who has accessibility needs. There were also great amenities in the hotel lobby and umbrellas available on rainy days. Would certainly consider staying again!"

"Honestly, we loved our stay at the Hotel New Otani. The staff were splendid and so thoughtful, kind and helpful. The room was well take care of and very comfortable. The beds were a little firmer than we are used to but we all slept great. We enjoyed the breakfast buffets- lots to choose from and helpful for our five year old to be fed early. My hubby said he was able to get a decent workout in the gym. The gardens are worth walking in, so beautiful! We used the luggage forwarding service, and the staff made it so seamless! We were able to get to the trains easily too. I would definitely come back and stay here if I am lucky enough to visit Japan again! "

"Fairly good location although bit of a walk to the centre. Clean and well equipped room it’s just that everything is small ie wardrobe, storage, bed and bathroom. "

"Great hotel, immaculately clean, very helpful staff. Luggage forwarding service in reception every morning to send your baggage on. You're in the entertainment district so it's busy, a little noisy, but the location is great and there's lots around. Three stops from Shibuya, Shinjuku station will get you anywhere you need to be. Very much recommend if you are looking for a hotel in Shinjuku"

"This Hotel is MASSIVE. It has 42 restaurants. The garden is exquisite. Makes sure the things you are doing are in this area. Metro is super close and brings you anywhere you need to go."

"Nice hotel but it was only cleaned or reset if you asked someone downstairs. We stayed for 4 days and our room was cleaned and bins emptied once, otherwise the view was lovely, bed comfy. Also we tried to go to the rooftop bar and it was closed for a private function which was disappointing since it was a part of the hotel we paid to stay at."
