"Having a washing machine was helpful. The lounge area feels new but the rooms are a bit old and the washroom has a dampness to it that doesn’t really go away. The couch and table in the room really take away from the room space but there is a balcony that was never advertised! "

"We did not pay for the breakfast. The hotel is modern, has a hip feel to it and the location is unbeatable. Amenities we used: coin laundry, luggage transfer service (not part of the hotel). I wish there were better small things that would make our stay (with 2 little kids) more memorable: bottle of water, some kid activity welcome gift/snack, honestly a coloring sheet would do it, but there wasn't anything like that. It would be a nice touch. Everything else was fine, clean, small room, amazing views... Just that one little thing that makes you go...awww that's nice!"

"Great amenities: free yogurt drink in the morning, free ice cream in the afternoon to night, free ramen at night, free use of washing machine including free automatic dispense of detergent, free sauna and hot bath, free slippers and pjs, all toiletries included, excellent breakfast buffet The location is centrally located between Shibuya and Harajuku. Both are walkable! Overall, a great hotel to stay if you are visiting Tokyo. We would stay here the next time we come back!"

"Small cramped rooms with step up bathroom. A real budget option that is not value for money. Good location but full of cheap tour groups with over an hours wait to check in. We cancelled our 5 night booking after one night and paid a penalty. Definitely not suitable for a family or persons with mobility issues which is not detailed anywhere on the site and is not considered a reason to cancel without penalty."

"Staff was friendly, location was perfect (close to subway and shops), and the breakfast was great with loads of quality options. Only negative was that the air conditioner in my room didn’t work well so it was too warm during my stay. "
