Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main

"We really enjoyed this room. It was spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. I appreciated the sitting area next to the window as it provided a space to put our things and store our luggage, making the rest of the room more comfortable. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. I’ve used these same pillows at other budget hotels in Japan, like Tavinos, and I’m not a fan. They have beads in them, making them both flat and hard. I would have appreciated a second blanket in the room, as the bedding is minimal. The mini fridge was nice to have and gave us a place to store snacks and drinks in. The bathroom feels a little cramped, but it was fine, and the water pressure in the shower is great. I appreciated that room cleaning was free and could be requested daily by placing the appropriate magnate on the outside of your door. The location is great too and not too far from Shinjuku Station. There are two convenience stores at the bottom of the hotel, as well as other restaurants and facilities, including a pharmacy. The hotel also has a free luggage locker you can use in the lobby, which was great for the final day of our trip where we had time to explore before heading to the airport."

"This is my first time visiting Japan, and my partner and I chose to stay at Tokyu Stay Yotsuya. It truly did not disappoint! The hotel is centrally located near the Yotsuya station, which is convenient if you plan on taking the train around Tokyo. Our room was cozy and spacious enough for two people. It was very clean upon arrival, and I liked that we could choose if we needed daily light cleaning or just a towel replacement. The AC was very stronf, and would cool us down after long walks around the city. Loved the bathroom amenities - the ReFa products were amazing! We truly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a nice, quiet neighborhood with good food nearby!"

"Great location within a few min walk of the Shinjuku train station and restaurants. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the size of the bedroom, but that might have been an oversight on my part or maybe a normal thing for Tokyo hotels? I would still highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Tokyo!"

We didn't use the spa or eat breakfast. Staff was very helpful with directions and calling a taxi. great price and excellent service/location, would highly recommend if you are staying in the Shibuya area"
