Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Overall is good except that the lift only allows access from basement carpark to lobby but not vice versa, i.e. need to take the stairs from lobby to basement carpark.

I love the size of this hotel as it's not too big :) on the contrary the room are gigantic and its very comfortable. I give extra point for the ironing board an iron already present in the room, it's very convenient when you are on business. The bed was great and I slept really well. I had been there about 10 years ago, and I'll return for my next trip in Kuala Lumpur.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

This hotel features a futuristic concept and has very beautiful skyline views of KL, including the Petronas Twin Towers and Merdeka 118. I had a very memorable and comfortable stay, and really appreciated the free suite upgrade. The hotel has a convenient central location, just a walking distance to shopping malls such as Suria KLCC.

Even is old hotel but still keep high quality and 5star service.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Convenient location with 2 malls nearby. Hotel is in a compound that has a convenience store, pharmacy, supermarket as well as some cafe and bar. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were sufficient considering the size of the hotel. Rooftop ool view at sunset was nice. Had a very enjoyable stay and will stay here again.

Great stay with family for 3 nights in KL. Five minutes walk to KLCC towers. Quiet room, with floor to ceiling glass window.Safety box is awesome. Not so much storage but the room, beddings is super comfortable and clean. Amazing view from the buffet restaurant (spacious) and bar on the top floor. Breakfast selection is limited but fresh, hot and tasty. They tried to change a bit of the menu every day. I like the best are the variety of fresh bread, coffee makers option if you prefer fancy...

This is a great place. But if you plan on doing touristy stuff in the city area then it might not be for you, unless you're driving or are willing to fork out for taxi/uber/grab (the city is only a 15-20 minutes drive). The neighbourhood is laid-back with cafes, eateries, spas, shish joints littered all around. There's also the massive suburban mall, Publika, a few minutes away. Great Hotel. Will keep visiting it.

Fuss-free check in and out. Convenient location to a cafe right opposite and other touristy spots nearby. The staff were professional, welcoming and approachable! We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with the city view. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious for our simple luggage. Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely book this hotel again for future visits!
