So difficult. 6 of us we always needed a plan to arrange who had key, as we were out doing different things. Key box was broken so couldnt leave key there. Advertised for 10. But only 4 cups 4 chairs. Yes enough beds but not enough facilities."

"The front counter staff, the doormen and the dining room staff were extremely helpful, polite and always greeted us with warm smiles. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. My mother celebrated her 88th birthday and was surprised with a lovely cake and some special gifts- thank you so much Sharon. This has been such a special time and so many wonderful memories for her"
