"I had an incredible experience at The Face Suites! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed — it felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. But the real highlight? The sky deck infinity pool. It offers one of the most breathtaking views in all of Kuala Lumpur — swimming with the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower in full view was surreal, especially at sunset when the city lights begin to sparkle.
