"Staff were very accommodating. Stayed at the club premier suite, and its a great space for a family with three young kids. Club lounge and buffet were exceptional, with an assortment of vegetarian options. Great kid-friendly pool as well. Couldn't have asked for a better stay."

"The water in room having bad yellow color. Saw group of people argueing something while check in. Anyway felt liks bērn cheated."

"Excellent"

"Good location clean and tidy room friendly staff "

"The hotel is very close to public transport like monorail, good to access to almost all parts of KL. Hotel staffs are efficient. Hotel quite clean, cleanliness is there. Conveniet and quiet to shopping centres within walkable distance. The only comment, many areas of the wooden built on wall as shelves /table need maintain, sealand wear off. Wooden can fall off anytime. Besides that all good. Thank you for providing service."
