"無料の空港送迎バスがあるという点だけで選びました。弊社の予約確定メールにてホテルに直接メッセージを送りバス詳細を聞きましたが返事がなく、空港で電話してもそんなサービスはないと言われ一方的に電話を切られ、チェックインの際にも何言ってんだといった対応でした。工事中だったようで部屋の中までペンキ臭く、水周りは工事の後の白い粉で全体が汚れていました"
