"The atmosphere in this hotel is very good, is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfy. The location is good and the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and caring. For instance they suggested to prepare take away breakfast for us when they knew that we would check out early in the morning. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I'm back in Hanoi."

"The views from both the rooms and restaurants are breathtaking, adding significantly to the hotel's charm. The rooms are generously sized and well-equipped, while the breakfast is not only delicious but also carefully curated. The staff are exceptionally professional, attentive, and accommodating — I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The restaurants and bar offer great dining choices, and the two gyms and pools provide plenty of space to stay active during your stay. The only downside is the location, which feels more like a financial district and isn’t close to major tourist attractions. However, that wasn’t an issue for us, as we stayed just one night after our Halong Bay trip."
