"Beautiful grounds, and nice rooms. Extremely handy for accessing all the zoo parks. Family room well designed and the kids absolutely loved the elevated bed. Infinity pool amazing view. Downside - staff are not at the level of a luxury hotel - we had several errors and issues and staff did not go above and beyond what is expected for a luxury resort. Staff seemed overwhelmed and had no enthusiasm for their work. The best staff we came across were the hardworking cleaners."

"When I first arrived I had issues with the people above me as they kept on scraping the floorboards with their suitcases/ moving furniture. Then I told the manager on duty straight away and he kindly moved me to a quieter room. I appreciate all the staff’s professional and caring nature to act immediately, knowing that the customer is always right 😊 thank u 🙏 I loved the pool area the best. Nice to swim every morning in the heated pool. Beautiful surrounding gardens "

"The hotel was excellent. The rooms were great, bed was super comfortable, toilet and shower had an amazing view of the city. Lots of automation as you would expect in a modern hotel in a very modern city; automated checking in and out, robot cleaners, very cool. I would definitely recommend."

"I booked the studio apartment room through Expedia and checked in around midnight after a long travel. Check in was long and my room smelled very strange. My shower didn’t have hot water and the staff tried to fix it twice. The washer/dryer combo shrunk some of my clothes so I switched to the communal free laundry service and the machines smelled as if they had never been cleaned. The “co working space” was OK when the internet was working but the staff and guests would continually walk through or talk, so it was really difficult to work there. Overall, I feel this may work for others but I would absolutely never return. I spent a lot of money on this trip and feel the value was 100% not there. "
