"We enjoyed our stay for 4 nights over Easter weekend. Plenty of room for the family. Great balconies overlooking the lively scene below and the beach. Definitely noisy with cars cruising and outdoor dining outside, but we enjoyed the festive atmosphere. Reasonably clean. Kitchen functionality was marginal (range hood fan was broken and had no light, inadequate supply of cutlery). Beds were meh- bu were so tired that it wasn’t much of an issue. "

"The room had some maintenance issues. The toilet was clogged when we arrived, and the electric kettle was broken, which was quite disappointing for a stay at this price point"

"The staff were very friendly, and the location and pool was great. However, the soundproofing was terrible, and I could hear the noise from a party next door all night, which made it very uncomfortable"

"Right in the heart of broadbeach with easy access to the beach and everything else. Just perfect"

"Bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Floor water trap full of gunk and dust/dirt/plastic top behind bathroom door was yuk. Toilet brush was gross. Everywhere else was really clean. Could like to have had somewhere to hang clothes to dry that couldn't go in a dryer. Staff were fabulous as was the location. "
