"Night blind was broken on the window. Booking promised 'city views' and the only views seen by 10 year old daughter were a naked couple slapping each others bottoms in the adjacent building (they had their blinds into their toilet/bathroom wide open) and a Sydney traffic intersection. Pool was very crowded and noisy every time visited - we gave up after the 5th trip to see if it was a littld quieter."

"I recently stayed at Shangri-La Sydney for 5 nights, and it was a truly memorable experience. The view was breathtaking, the hotel was conveniently located near Sydney’s iconic landmarks, and the Horizon Club free flow as well as the afternoon tea were both excellent."

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. Rooms were small but that didn’t bother us. Fairly clean. Breakfast was okay - fruit lovely but just the standard fare for everything else. Would have liked some sour dough instead of pre sliced bread. Staff were friendly and helpful when you ask - checking is online. I would stay there agin."

"Perfect location to see Sydney cbd. Staff are amazing. Breakfast options were surprisingly very good. Will definitely stay again. Property old but lots of facility valet parking just underground of the hotel, staff are extremely polite and friendly always happy to help. Rooms are spacious Cant complain Stayed with 2 kids and hubby had no issues with space in the room"

"The rooms overlook a highway and are not appropriately sound proofed. This is not ideal for those on business staying here. Additionally the beds are extremely hard (more than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in). There were dents and scratches everywhere and the room is insanely tiny. Wouldn’t stay here again "
