"I stayed on the 18th floor (Premium King Room), I was told this floor and up were renovated. The Room was nice and probably bigger than what I would get at most hotels around the area, staff was also amazing and super kind. "I had a wonderful experience with the service at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect. I was able to sight see in between my work conference! The only complain I have is informing guests about how the "$35" credit works towards eating in the hotel. If you plan to use it for the breakfast buffet for two people, it will only be enough for one person. The manager explained it to me with details and comped one of the meals since I complained to him that I could not justify paying almost $74 for two breakfasts. I was content with the attention to this matter. I would definitely go back! Everyone is so nice and helpful!"
