Really great location when staying in Tokyo. Only a 10 minute walk to Shibuya station but far enough away that you don't feel surrounded by people. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Only negative is there is only one lift so there was some waiting when it was full but we weren't in a rush so it wasn't a problem for us but something to keep in mind for others!

The room was a bit small, just a few more square feet will be lot better. Also the pillows were not my expectation, they are very different from normal pillows, was hard to adapt.

Hotel was a decent size considering most hotels in Japan are quite small. The hotel was located up the street from Shibuya station which was convenient to walk in and around Shibuya. The front desk was helpful and attentive. Only one elevator so it can get busy. Overall happy with our stay.

Close to everything you need for your stay in Shibuya. Close to the train stations, to the main city, etc. The staff super friendly. Small room but we had everything we needed.
