The elevator always stopped on the 2nd floor (which is the reception floor). It didn't matter if anyone pushed that floor button or not. It just stopped there either if you are going up or down. It is very close to the JR station and easy to find after you exit the gate (electric town gate)

Great choice for the Akihabara area....literally at the entrance to the Electric City exit of the Akihabara Starion. Laundry facilities, convenience store l, and restaurant all in the building. This place was perfect!

This hotel is right outside Akihabara station which was so convenient when we took the subway everywhere! Even if you wanted to take a taxi, pick up and drop off was right by the hotel. I love that if you get the breakfast you get a voucher to use at the restaurant Jonathan’s that’s connected to them OR you can use it (1400 yen) at the Starbucks. Check-in and check-out took maybe five minutes max and was extremely easy. The rooms for Japan are actually decently sized and we had three large suitcases with us. There is laundry on site and if you turn on your room’s tv, it will show you the available units and how long is left on the machine. I’ve been to Japan quite a few times but this has been the best hotel I’ve stayed at for them. My next trip I’m definitely rebooking here!

The location is unbeatable, right next to major train station. The room was surprisingly quiet. You'd never know you were in the city. The downside was size of room. We stayed in 2 other hotels during our trip and this one was smallest. Also, I would not recommend the breakfast buffet. Hotel staff was excellent and friendly.

The JR Akihabara station and NewDays store are just downstairs, so convenient. The lobby staff are super helpful and polite!

This hotel has thought of everything. Convenient self-machine check-in and out. Free bath salt, lotion and coffee. Vending machine, ice, microwave, massage pillows, two different types of pillows for side and back sleepers. Dyson hair dryer and air purifier. AC. Fabric refresher. I especially enjoyed the Dyson air purifier in my room, I use hair spray and perfume, and have eaten in the room a couple of times, the air purifier started operating automatically and kept the room fresh and free of allergens. I also loved the black out curtains, which I've realized not all lodging options have. The hotel is located right in the middle of Akihabara which is excellent for multi-days anime shopping.
