The beds were comfortable, the staff were lovely, and the bathrooms and showers were clean. It's in a relatively convenient area, and was well worth the price. Would stay there again!

This is a lovely hotel staffed with kind and helpful employees. The only downside is that it’s in Korea Town so less Japanese food options close to the hotel, compared to Korean options.

The hotel is near Shin-Okuba station, which is just a stop to the popular area Shinjuku. You can find K-pop stuff and Korean restaurants around. The room is simple but clean, with toilet and bathroom separately.

It's near the Yamanote Line, which is great for getting to some interesting neighbourhoods (Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Tokyo Station). There's nice space within the room. The room can be cold at night as the window allows the cold air to seep through. The pressure of the bath hose feels great.

The hotel is a walking distance to everything. We just need a place to sleep, it has a kettle, a strong shower pressure and firm beds. Nothing fancy. Nice clean room for a family of 4. no complaint. Will return.

To be honest
This hotel was the bare minimum when it comes a good nights sleep. The beds were much firmer than I prefer. The location was okay, kind of down a small alley/street but close to lots of bars and restaurants. The staff was very pleasnat so that made it worth considering if you are not going to be spending much time in the room.

Great budget hotel
This hotel was a surprising delight. The room was simple, but for the price, I don't think you could expect anything better. Convenient location near trains, quiet, comfortable, clean room, friendly staff.

Not worth it
The room was dirty, the heater wasn’t working well and the window was cracked, 3 degrees Celsius outside so you can figured it out how was my stay.

The room was bigger than I thought for the price. It was clean and the staff was very nice. Since it's in "Korea town" there's a lot of interesting Kpop stores and restaurants very close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Tidy and simple room. Close to Shinjuku city, but may be a bit difficult to find for the first time. Many restaurants near by and family mart too. No bottle water provided in the room. Need to leave the room key everytime when you go out.

The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. There is an elevator to each floor. Walking to Shinjuku or Okubo station took around 15 min. There are a lot of restaurants and fast food nearby. Few 24/7 stores nearby too.

More like a homely setting with spacious room and separate dry/wet toilets in a small building. Only complaint is if you got the lower floors like I did, the noise upstairs can be annoying if it lasts till very late. They do sell buffet breakfast vouchers for a nearby cafe but didn't get a chance to try it. Lots of dining options in the nearby streets, mostly Korean food. Do note that the servers speak minimum English and some do not have English menus too.

Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. There is elevetor to each floor. Room is tiny but it's common in Tokyo. It's located in a relatively quiet neighborhood next to Korea Town so not noisy but one night it was very windy I could clearly hear wind all night. Walking to Shinjuku main staton took around 15 min. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. We were able to keep our luggage at the front desk for a day and night when we traveled to Hakone free of charge which was great.

Very good for the price
This hotel is great if you wish for a functional and convenient hotel without blowing your budget. Room is clean and big enough for 2 without feeling claustrophobic. Staff are polite and the older man is particularly helpful. Hotel is 3-4min walk from Shin Okubo, which is conveniently on the JR Yamanote line, otherwise it's about 7-8 minutes to one of the Shinjuku stations and probably around 12 minutes to the main Shinjuku train station. There's a large Don Quixote around the corner, which is great for snacks and gifts as well as being in the middle of Koreatown, which has an abundance of street snack stalls.

Excellent location close to Shin Okubo station which only has one line, Yamanote, which connects to the majority of the places I went- Ikebukoro, Harajuku, Akihabara. It’s also a great walking distance to Shinjuku, 7-11s, and Don Quixote. Room was spacious and offered a scenic view of the neighborhood. Staff was friendly and courteous. Would stay again.

Huge bathroom. Lots of eating places nearby.
Closest stations are Shin-Okubo on the JR Yamanote or bit further of a walk Higashi-Shinjuku for the Tokyo Metro. This is a simple hotel with a friendly English speaking staff. The hotel is in the Korean neighborhood and has many eating places nearby. Our two twin room had a very large bathroom. Huge really by Japanese standards. Would stay again just for the bathroom.

The hotel is 5 to 10 min walk from the shin-okubu station. From Shinjuku station, take Yamanote line, only 1 station north. Staff speak limited English. Room is quite spacious. It is clean and quiet. There is only 1 tiny coffee table, no desk, so no space to leave personal items. Very inconvenient.
