Excellent location (few minutes walk to Kiyosumi Shiraka Station). Convenience store near door, supermarket and drug store within 5 minutes distances. Very friendly staff, reasonable price, highly recommended accommodation for budget Tokyo trip.

Excellent budget hotel! The breakfast was great, decent food selection, very clean dining area. The rooms very small, but that’s the norm for Japan’s budget places. But they were clean, everything worked, unlimited towels, robes, and toiletries available for pick up in the lobby. Staff very nice. A lot of Japanese people staying there. Coin laundry on the premises. Subway entrance right outside the hotel. Would definitely stay there next time in Japan

Hotel was right next to the subway exit. Very convenient. Family Mart also right beside hotel. Room is fairly big compared to others. Room clean. Cons: Step up(1-2foot) to washroom in room, a hazard if not careful. Washroom smelled like a wet rag occasionally.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the location was excellent. The train station, food mart and pharmacy were a few steps away from the hotel.

Great budget hotel, flaky wifi
Clean, bright business hotel with a pleasant commons area, comfortable furniture, and good daylight and workspace in the hotel room. Breakfast is western-style only. The wifi in the room was not very good.

I liked that the property was right next to the subway station and breakfast was provided. The location was great, room was nice and clean, and breakfast was good. Services was great as well. The only thing that I didn't like is that the elevator defaults to the 2nd floor rather you select it or not. It gets a little annoying.

In winter Tokyo, the hotel was lovely and warm. Very comfy bed, warm cosy room, spotlessly clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet catered for every taste - eggs, rice, toast, noodles, fruit, yoghurt. Breakfast room was sunny, calm and clean. I will definitely use this hotel again. Excellent value and very friendly staff.

Location, staff band beakfast are fantastic Only issue is the central conditioning, I visited Japan in Nov it was really warm and stuffy in the room when I put the air con on. Even when I turned it on to 15 degree it blew hot air so I have to open the window instead. Other than that it was a nice hotel to stay

Conveniently located right next to the metro station, Kiyosumi-Shirakawa. Excellent breakfast buffet! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Delicious ramen restaurants and convenience store right around the corner. A great pick for budget-conscious travellers.

Stayed here for 8 nights whilst visiting the main sights in Tokyo. Very convenient to reach from Narita airport. Took a local train from airport to Skytree and then metro 2 stops and hotel was by exit B2. Was very quick and easy to reach any where in Tokyo using Metro. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and staff were so helpful. Breakfast was included in rate and was plentiful

Nice and comfort hotel to stay in Tokyo. The superb point is their location, next to subway and family mart. The room & bathroom is so small (even for us Indonesian), but that's Tokyo, so we can't expect anything. Even though some of their staff could not speak English very well, they were very helpful and friendly.

Convenient hotel, breakfast included
This hotel is conveniently located next to metro station, it is in a very quiet neighborhood with very little near it, however there is a great ramen and gyoza place at the end of the block from it, when you leave the hotel you go right and it's just less than a block up on the corner. The included continental breakfast had a fairly good variety of food choices. We only stayed one night but no complaints, oh and there is also a convenient store below the hotel. You can view the Tokyo Skytree from some of the rooms.

The hotel was easy to find and in a good location with it the subway right next door it was easy to get around Tokyo. The bed was really comfortable and had robes and slippers. The tv had an English setting which was great! The breakfast was nice and changed a little bit every day. The staff were very nice And also free wifi was good.

Good, Clean, Basic Hotel
We stayed one night at the Comfort Hotel. It is well located, with its entrance about 10 metres from the Subway exit. The rooms are small but well laid out and the front desk service is great. Being just outside the city centre the dining options are limited. A breakfast buffet was included in our rate and offered a basic selection of Japanese and Western items. Coffee is available in the front lobby most of the afternoon and evening. If you are looking for a well-priced, clean, basic hotel, you should consider this one.

My bf and I totally enjoyed our stay here. It was in a pretty central location (Kiyosumi Shirakawa Sta, just a few stops away from Tokyo Sta, Asakusa and Akihabara). It's just outside one of the exit (B1).Though the room space was small, it was enough for us to move around in - we had to be neat about our stuff though. I love breakfast! Lots of choices for different tastes (soup, cereals, fruits, eggs, breads, etc). The wifi was dodgy though. That was until I called to report this to reception - it was perfect afterwards! Basically, it's a no-frills, very efficient hotel in a very accessible location and at a budget price -pretty hard to beat! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and will stay here when we visit Tokyo again! :D

I had 3 nights stays in this hotel. It was so nice. The room was a little bit narrow, but except that, everything was so good. The room was clean, hotel staffs were all very kind, the breakfast was good. Also, the subway station was just next to this hotel, so it was very convenient for me and my company to move to other places. I really had a great time in Tokyo, and thanks to the hotel, I'll never forget this trip I had.

This hotel is great value, particularly when you consider the breakfast is included in the rate. The staff were incredibly amenable, in particular the manager was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble as she assisted us and patiently answered all questions. Indeed, the room was small by western standards, but there were so many other pluses including the great location right next to the subway station.

A great hotel at great value - met all our needs
This was the trifecta for us - free WiFi, free breakfast, and air conditioned (not easy to if a all three for about $100 / night in Tokyo). And, it is literally next door to the subway station! Very nice breakfast selection and the laundry helped - we enjoyed seven nights x two rooms and would come back.

I would definitely stay in this hotel again. It is next to the train station with elevator access. Extremely useful if you have big luggage! Plus its very accesible to sky tree station, which is the station where the train from both Haneda & Narita would go. The neighbourhood seemed safe since that was important for us 2 sisters. Although quiet, there's 2 convenient stores (Family Mart: next to hotel & Lawsons: 5 mins down the street). I love the breakfast. It's a mix of Japanese (onigiri & soup) and English (waffles & crossaints). Plus they have the individually packed juicy & sweet fruits. We were pretty clueless with our way around but the helpful staff printed hard copies of the directions and were very patient with their explanations. The room although small (standard tokyo size) was immaculately cleaned.

Great Find, An Affordable Gem
It was the Keisei Skyliner to Ueno and the subway to Kiyosumi Shirakawa station and we were at the Comfort Hotel. It is right there at the subway exit. I was concerned that this place was out of the way, but it wasn't. We were going to be on the subway every day, so why deal with a huge station every day, like Shinjuku. This is a great location and has a manageable station. It was about 25 minutes to Shinjuku or Harajuku. The area is mellow with many restaurants, museums, shrines and a beautiful garden and park very close to hotel. The food is very local and delicious and the restaurant staff were always friendly. Not a lot of English but that wasn't a problem. One place even called a granddaughter who spoke English to help us order. All this for $82 that included a nice breakfast for two. We will return to the Comfort Hotel in this quiet, convenient, and friendly neighborhood some day.

Excellent location, easy to reach from Tokyo terminus, with one change in Ottemachi staion. The hotel is next door to the Kiyosumi-shirakawa metro station, so getting around Tokyo is very easy. The staff at the reception are outstanding, in spite of very little English speaking skills. Rooms are very small, clean and has no space to swing a even a kitten, let alone a cat and there are no storage facilities, so you have to live out of your suitcase!! Plus point, you have free Wifi and a buffet breakfast.

Economical and convenient, great parks nearby.
We only stayed one night here but it was very good and quiet despite teh busy road outside. Excellent staff, reasonable English and only 1700 yen taxi with luggage to Tokyo main station. The twin bed room was small, normal for Tokyo, but adequate and very clean. Some Watson’s & other convenience stores nearby for snacks &c. Buses are regular and just near the hotel. We’ll probably return next visit. There are some magnificent parks nearby and the autumn colours blew us away.
