I like that they offer free water bottles in the room, free drinks and gifts at lobby area, and free late night meal with rice. It is a great place for familu.with kids. They also offer foot massage machine in the room which both my son and I used after a long day walk. I wish the free bus shuttle services is also offered during the afternoon. We had to take taxi to hotel/train station in the afternoon hours.

Our stay at the Hiyori Hotel Maihama was excellent! The shuttle from the station was convenient and welcomed after a long day walking around Tokyo. We loved the daily complimentary gifts! The shuttle to the Disneyland bus loop was great and then it was only a short walk to Disneyland or DisneySea. The staff were friendly and I would definitely recommend purchasing the hearty and varied breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if we are visiting Tokyo Disney.

My husband and i just loved everything about it. Friendly, respectful and very helpful staff. The whole facility was super clean and organized. The shuttle to disneyland was very helpful. The staff will provide you their shuttle schedule to help you plan your day. My husband and i came to celebrate his birthday which i purchased their birthday package as a surprise to him. The decorations were so cute and romantic. The cake was very delicious.

This hotel provided items you may have forgotten. Staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. Shuttle attendant was so kind, when there was no room left in the shuttle, he called someone to pick is up.

We had a great experience at Hiyori Hotel Maihama. The staff was incredibly attentive and went the extra mile to understand our request, even though there was a language barrier. We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here with all the amenities provided!

So close to Disneyland,only cost 1500 yen for a taxi from Disneyland to Hotel.Free shuttle to Disney in the morning. Free rice or noodles in the evening,after a day at Disneyland. Free gifts as well, and comfy beds,as well as nice touches such as slippers for your tired feet after walking around Disney all day.Awesome buffet breakfast in the morning too.Lovely friendly staff.Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, especially for the price!
Is a 25 minute walk away from Disney, they provide a free shuttle to/from the train station and Disney in the morning and evening. The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable. Breakfast is offered for 1,700 yen; at night from 21:30 - 23:00, there is free rice soup offered, which I think is a very nice touch. I was very impressed with this hotel, especially for the price

Great Hotel
We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and we got to choose welcome gifts each day. The room was very nice and comfortable with great amenities. They had a shuttle to Maihama Station which made getting to Disney very easy.

Great Hotel - Easy Accommodation to Disney
Very accommodating during our visit. Even with a language barrier, they were very hospitable and helpful during our visit that made sure we felt heard and welcomed. We appreciated their Disney shuttle / bus station knowledge that helped us navigate to the amusement parks to the Narita airport.

ディズニーの一日の後に泊まらせて頂きました！ 送迎バスが来る舞浜駅からホテルまで、あっという間に着きましたし、 チェックインの時のご対応もとても丁寧でわかりやすかったです。優しさに溢れた、Welcomeをしてくださるとても日本らしいホテルでした。シャワーも最高！お風呂とトイレが分かれているので、洋式のホテルが苦手な方にはとてもいいかと思われます。 アメニティもなんでも揃っているので、大変助かりました。 お茶漬けそしてドリンク 夜に食べる最高な気分。 本当に快適でまた泊まりたいので泊まりますね！ ありがとうございました！

Nice hotel for a Disney visit.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Disneyland. Breakfast was of a good standard, and they also provided cup noodles as an evening snack. A free 24 hour drink bar was available in the breakfast area. The room was a little on the small side, but was well appointed, and well-maintained and clean. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly.

We have nothing but good things about this hotel. First off, we arrived in Maihama early in the morning and had to leave our luggage at the hotel before going into Disney Sea Resort. The lady at the front desk was more than happy to accommodate our requests: they even delivered everything into our room while we were away and having fun. We were a party of five and a combined big room for two families worked great for us. At night, they had even cup noodles available for free for 50 hungry guests per day, after 9 pm. Unfortunately, we went back to the hotel a little too late to enjoy our "cuppa". Last but not least, the breakfast buffet far exceeded our expectation! We had a huge selection of delicious foods both in Japanese and in Western styles. Can't recommend highly enough Hiyori Hotel Maihama. I want to go back soon!

Super nice hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights. The room is very clean and comfortable. We have 3 people. One of us sleep in the tatami. It is very nice. The breakfast is tasty. We will sure come back again.

We loved our time at Hiyori Maihama Hotel!! Everyone was so nice, the rooms were very clean. Room Sizes were typical of Japan. The hotel provided 2 free gifts everyday that you could pick from and they had a pillow bar if you wanted to get a perfect pillow to your specifications. The shuttle was super easy and nice to go back and forth between Tokyo Disneyland and at night even if shuttle was full, they sent a hotel car to pick up the remaining guests who were waiting for that particular time. We would definitely stay there again and save money instead of staying at the park or at a bigger resort
