Definitely a small room. No chair. Fine for us, we don’t spend a lot of time in there anyway. Washroom/shower felt like being in an RV.

In front desk the lady named Pushpa has zero experience of customer service. She is terrible, doesn’t know nothing and keeps urging even though she’s working as a customer service representative without knowing English at all. Don’t want to help at all. It was a terrible experience of staying into the hotel.

You get what you pay for. It’s good for the price don’t except it to be 5 stars, the staff is nice has a laundry room as well the view from the 8th floor is good too. Overall I was satisfied.

Good for short stays in Tokyo. About a minute from Shintomicho metro station (or a 15 minute walk from the Yaesu-side exit of Tokyo Station). Has a laundry room on the first floor. Staff seemed friendly

Dissapointed that after checking out at 10am, I was not allowed to leave my luggage at concierge until 5pm. I could only keep it for an hour. That costed me not to be able to spend 7 hours touring Tokyo city area.

翌日にディズニーで遊ぶため、利用させてもらいました。 とくに不便だなぁと感じるところは、無かったのですが、お風呂のシャワーカーテンに生乾き？のにおいがしてて少しにおいが気になりました。 気になったのはそれくらいで、快適に泊まれました。

お風呂のカーテンにカビが生えていたり エアコンの風が臭いなど、衛生が悪い。 あと、掃除後の部屋に濡れたタオルがあった。 受付の人がいるのに、チェックインは客が自分で 機械を操作するってどういう事？ 二度と利用しない！

不能相信是日本的酒店
一入到酒店，接待處態度並不友善，當晚差不過十一點CHECK IN，並沒有其他旅客，我們的行李只放在中間位置，女職員就已經示意請放好你們的行李，沒有主動協助，並有不屑的態度。 沒有想過房間的被窩是會有蚤子咬到整晚睡不著。 cushion有怪味，應該很久沒有洗。 床邊，窗邊的塵真是多到不得了，要抹過才可以放東西。
